III. Counter – Notice Process

(I) Applicable Situations

If you are a user of the Frigidairewater platform and believe that the content removed or blocked due to a copyright infringement notice is a misjudgment, or you have the right to use the content according to law, you may submit a counter – notice.

  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction and are willing to accept the service of legal documents from the original complainant or its agent.
  5. Signature Confirmation: The Counter – Notice must be electronically or manually signed by you.

(IV) Handling Process

Upon receipt of a valid Counter – Notice, we will immediately forward it to the original complainant. The original complainant has the right to file a lawsuit in the federal court within a specified time limit to apply for an injunction to prohibit the restoration of the relevant content. If we do not receive notice of the lawsuit within the time limit, we may consider restoring the removed or blocked content.
